Natural Hazards
Fishermen work on the open sea. There are many natural hazards here. The most obvious factor that influences how the sea behaves is the weather. There are also the sea conditions themselves, which are things such as currents and tides. In addition, the nature of the seabed and the position of rocks and obstacles present natural hazards. Marine wildlife too can affect fishing - either as the quarry or by interfering with nets and gear.
