What happens next?
At London, Wallace is publically shamed by Edward II
for his rebellion. He is hung, drawn and quartered and parts of his body displayed
around the country as a warning against defying Edward's authority.
Wallace's death adds weight to the already growing Scottish cause against
English over-lordship.
It won't be long before another freedom fighter steps into the picture...
