Society
of Friends - SMC169
The
Society of the Friends of St Magnus Cathedral was formed in
1958 and is primarily a fund raising group. They raise money
to ensure that the building is preserved for future generations.
Over the years the work of the Society has been instrumental
in providing money for many repairs.
The Society of Friends raises funds through donations, the
sale of guide books, and through membership subscriptions
to the Society.
